ATTENTIVE – Micky’s one goal is to ensure that SKM team members consistently exceed client expectations. She understands that attentiveness to a client’s business and needs not only increases the likelihood of delivering results, but also positively impacts the relationship between the agency and the client.
Micky has spent the greater part of her 20 years focusing on clients looking to get results. Her passion is in helping clients achieve (better yet, exceed) their goals through any medium. Her media of choice is direct marketing (mail, email, etc) as she believes that direct marketing produces measurable results. She’s a big fan of testing because testing allows us to learn and learning makes us all smarter and more effective.
Micky joined the SKM Group in 1991 and has in-depth experience working with clients in many industries and contributing toward the development of successful marketing campaigns for both consumer and business-to-business clients. Her skills offer clients strong support in the areas of strategic planning, integrated marketing campaign development, project implementation, customer service and budget management. She is also responsible for managing the account service staff and overseeing their growth and development.
Her clients include local and national companies such as TOPS Friendly Markets, SunTrust Bank, Liberty Mutual, California Casualty, First Niagara Bank among others. She has executed campaigns exceeding hundreds of millions of mail pieces over the years. Being ‘seeded’ on all these campaigns has fostered a unique relationship with her mailman. Like we said earlier, it’s really all about relationships.
In addition to her work within the agency, Micky has also served as a judge in 2010 and 2011 at the International Echo Awards Competition, which honors the world’s best direct marketing campaigns.
Micky spends her free time with her three girls and husband. (Enough said about free time!)
