Our creative and production staff members are well versed in direct marketing techniques from USPS-approved designs, unique interactive devices, to envelope teasers, to testing recommendations and analysis. Our production team follows strict systems and procedures when managing direct marketing (especially direct mail) projects. These systems were developed early in our history and have been refined over the years. They ensure that we manage our client’s projects effectively and error free.

Utilizing these systems allows us to take on very complicated direct marketing projects and make it easy for our clients to work with us on them. We have developed and executed direct marketing campaigns that have up to 100 versions of preprinted components and up to 200 testing cells. Our project management capabilities and seamless systems and procedures allow us to manage these types of campaign without errors.

Our production department is involved at the onset of every project that requires outside printing needs. They attend every meeting – from input to final approval – and materials are routed and approved by the production department at every stage.

Our direct marketing department is responsible for:

  • All vendor contact for print production and mailshop services
  • Confirmation of scheduling and delivery of materials
  • Securing and negotiating quotes, issuing purchase orders and reviewing final invoices
  • Making strategic recommendations on data sources/list purchases and coordinating purchase and hygiene of all data
  • Managing client databases
  • Ensuring all quality control measures are in place, including attendance of press checks and mailshop checks
